  • What general property rules are required of guests?

    - No events, parties, or business gatherings.

    - No smoking.

    - No pets.

    - No loud noise or music after 9:30pm.

    - No shoes to be worn inside the property.

    - No mail delivered.

    - Additional rules may be discussed and added as needed for each property.

  • How are your properties monitored?

    There will be 24/7 cameras installed at the exterior entrances of the property. Automatic locks with smart technology will be installed with a new custom code to be generated for each new check-in and to be deleted upon every checkout. We may also install a noise monitoring device inside a property which would send us alerts if noise exceeds a certain dB level, enabling us to take swift action when needed.

  • How will the property be maintained?

    We provide property inspections and have professional cleaners who will be cleaning your property between guest stays and at minimum once per week. We also have a 24-hour handyman on standby for emergency maintenance problems so landlords aren’t bothered for minor nuisances.

  • How are rent payments set up?

    Payments will be sent out through direct deposit. Rent payments work the same as with a normal tenant. Depending on preference, we can also pay through apps such as Zelle or Venmo. Autopay is offered so you receive payments automatically at the same time every month.

  • How will any damages that may occur to the property be handled?

    If there are any minor damages, we will cover the cost. We also carry insurance which covers $3M in damage protection and $1M in liability.
